| So here is an update on the little dog situation. Last night Bruce and I were coming home and there was this cute little dog in the hallway with no collar. We played with her for a while and looked for open doors. None were to be found. She followed us home and just layed on a little towel. We figured we would put up signs saying "FOUND" the next day.
Later in the evening we decided to go to the local corner store "the GS". So we took a strap from a handbag and turned it into a collar and leash. We took this little dog down the elevator and to the store. Outside the store a group of men make a big noise and start calling "HAPPY". She runs to them and we realize that this is her owner. She was so happy and jumping up at them and licking them. (How awkward.... I mean we had their dog on a leash!!!) So,we left her and went into the store. On our way out the man stopped us and said, "what do you think of the dog?" , "Very cute, I like it" said Bruce. The next thing we know the owner says, "you can have." So we found out that she is 7 years old her name is Happy. He is too busy and doesn't have time for the dog. So the owner came with us up the elevator and she followed us home. Last night she slept in our black chair and peed on a mat in the bathroom. She is super trained and nice and calm. Our lives are gonna change a bit. We're gonna have to get up earlier to take her outside to play and take her for walks at night.
Today we went to a place called, "Animal Clinic" and bought her some food, treats, a dog bowl and a pee mat. The man even threw in a toy as a free gift.
We are on a bit of a high right now and can't wait to go home and see Happy. |

This past weekend their was a mud festival at Daechon beach. Despite wearing 35spf and being covered in mud for a few hours we still managed to burn our shoulders. With Aloe Vera a rare commodity in Korea we resorted to home remedies which we found on google. Still not sure whether or not rubbing pepto bismol on your skin was a joke. Today a student asked me what the pink cream was inside me ear. |

This is the website of our campus. The banner at the top shows the cute little art aprons the kids wear.
Make sure you have a look at the bed in the sick room. I've had a little nap in that bed!
